30+ years of crony policies rewarding property speculation via tax incentives, leverage, building grants and limiting supply with zoning and regulation non-sense. It is crazy to think that an unproductive asset, a basic human need for shelter has turned into the biggest Ponzi in all developing countries. This is what happens under the fiat standard.
