I was on the Lightning labs community call today. Looks like they are close to releasing Taproot Assets on Lightning. The "Last Mile Routing" is an innovative concept that will ride the existing lightning node network to transfer Taproot Assets (a.k.a stable coin) in a non custodial/atomic way..! Super excited for the release.
