Just because, you are free to use it how you want it. Bragging rights, sure. Want to compare how your content trends on Nostr, sure. Want to sell your audiences’ eyes to the highest bidder, sure. As I said, Nostr is free (as in freedom) for everyone

There is no freedom.
Bitcoiners will pay the 6% tax eventually like we do today with dollars, just to use their bitcoin as money, similarly how they shout "taxation is theft" but pay their property taxes and go to work to get taxed anyways. 🤷

You are on the internet and on the open protocol, these tools are doable by anyone at any time, you cannot stop it or prevent it. Might as well make it yourself and do it right

All I know is back when I was using dialup & AOL, the internet wasn't a tracking tool to monitor my every move then use it against me to extract value. 🥂
Every time you download anything they know, and that was true in the past too. Dial-up was even worse, they knew exactly who was dialing in.
