The beauty of #thenostr is that you can curate your own feed. Some of the clients give you the option to block certain phrases and hashtags beyond just accounts you don't want to follow.

I've got several hashtags blocked and I've muted pretty much anybody who posts NSFW content. I don't see much anymore which is awesome!
