Found three different addresses doing the same. 80 transactions, and of them top 10+ have fee greater than amount sent.
I am sure there is more.
Crazy, reminds me of when one of the big blockers was spamming the chain back in 2017/2018

I am sure that network will handle, and person doing it will regret that later. This will only make network stronger and miners happier.
