No, sir. A huge majority of Earth’s surface only gets UVA and UVB light. UVB light begins and ends at the solar 30° above the horizon threshold. We need it to make Vit D. Traditional glass blocks all UVB but allows some UVA through.

Regarding IR, yes it is good but definitely not better than the whole raw spectrums across the day.
