No. I had Aegis set up originally, but I was only allowed a certain amount of log ins before I was forced to use the proprietary algorithm (which, being proprietary, Aegis doesn't support as it communicates with MS servers). Duo is better, it says "oh, no push notification? That sucks, just open the app manually". Authenticator won't work without push. I had to force my account to send me the code anyway by saying the app wasn't working for me.

What service are you trying to authenticate to? I assumed MS365, which I have no issue with using Aegis
I'm also using Aegis with Microsoft products in my job. No issues
The admin can choose to enforce the Microsoft algorithm. The company I work for now does.
Have you asked them to change that? Our CS guys appreciate the fact I run Graphene and are always willing to help out when I have self-inflicted "issues" like this
The MS Authenticator side, maybe. That's the company I work at. The Cisco Duo stuff I cannot do anything about. That's the client I work for so I'm not really an employee there just a contractor.
