Pro tip:

To clean up pet “accidents” on carpet use a shop vac.

Take the filter out. Then use a solution of hot water and a smige of soap. Scrub the area with the solution wetting thoroughly. Then suck it out with the shop vac. Then repeat.

Just takes a couple of cycles to clean the carpet very well.
