I'm going down a #redlight therapy rabbit hole this evening.

If anybody #UK based has any recommendations for trust worthy companies that would be great.

I'm looking at the LED strip from Blockbluelight.co.uk #blockbluelight #Therapy #health

Just buy a generic thing off ebay, the ones i bought there work great. I am sure the leds are probably all made in a few factories in China at the end of the day.

Sometimes the build quality could be better but they are far cheaper than some of premium units and they do work if you look after them. I have recently started buying pure 850nm infrared led strip light to make some of my own units for use on microbes. It makes them jiggly 😁

Though at infrared it woukd probably give me a tan 😱😂

Oh yeah it can you jiggly too, it improves blood flow too 😂.
