I've never eaten breakfast by choice, I'm not hungry in the morning so I don't eat until lunch time.
Somebody decided to label this "intermittent fasting" a few years back.

I remember gold, it's like Bitcoin, only you need 5 guys and a truck to transmit it to your local store to buy your groceries.
