A huge problem with signing up to anything with an email is the relentless bombardments of total shite communications.
I've just signed up to musescore and I've got like 5 emails already.
Just fuck off.

That drives me fucking crazy too.
I've had my main email address for probably getting on for 30 years now. I dread to think how many times I've entered it on God knows what fucking websites over the years🤦🏻♂️😂.
Yeah I accidentally signed up on a mainish email and immediately regretted it.
I'll periodically go down the list and unsubscribe from anyone that has emailed me in the past few months unless I actually enjoyed and found the email useful.
Not perfect, but it does cut it down a bit.
Yeah, I usually just ignore the email a few times, swipe it away and it's just added to the ever growing unread. But if it is a noticeably persistent I will get some annoyed that I will unsubscribe, at which point I am now actively pissed off with the company.
