He is convinced that these blue lights are what is killing us. More than food. I have a hard time believing it’s that simple because the guy looks pretty fiat. Idk how old he is and I don’t mean to sound cruel, but the guy looks like shit. He could just be really old but if his theories are actually true, I feel he would’ve improved his health. Also, your health affects your mood and temperament. Angry and bitter old men are usually not the pinnacle of health. I’m sure there is some truth to a lot of what he says. I’m sure that blue light is bad for us but not convinced that it’s the number one thing.
Have followed and unfollowed him like five times on Twitter. Total douchebag, can’t be taken seriously, yet possibly a genius, must be listened to. Go back and forth. Currently unfollowed.
