Are there scheduled posters (eg. Buffer.com) or cross-posters targeted from Nostr to other services (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter...)?

If nostr is the primary place of sharing ideas, thoughts and cat videos the rest of the old media is the secondary place with links to the notes would that help in user adoption?

It sends a few signals for the old media users seeing the posts:

1) The action is elsewhere

2) Are you sure you don't want to join?

3) Yes, you have to click the link to see the details and the convo

After a while, they may dive and sign up on Nostr when it becomes familiar thing in their feed (and the OG posts are not coming back to the old media place).

Would you post on nostr first if your client would have the option to cross-post to Twitter / Facebook / Linkedin (etc) at the same time?

Definitely would cross post.

Overall nostr is ok, engagement is great, but quite a number of influential bitcoiners still mainly engage on Twitter probably because they reach more people there compared to here...

Maybe some of them would increase their nostr presence if they were able to reach audiences elsewhere as well?

Early adopters here need to be present in the old. places to get more people here. Otherwise it's going to be too parochial here.
