Counterpoint. If hyperbitcoinization is to occur, we know the politicians are going to hop on the bandwagon. And unfortunately the world power dynamic is such that the US president is the most powerful and important leader in the world. If not Trump then who? If not now then when?

Bukele saw a ground-up movement happening and rode the slow wave of bitcoin adoption in El Salvador by bringing it to the people first. This guy is charging $60K for a photo-op. They are not the same.
