Musk can easily arrange a court to order cease and desist, if reposting (semi?) public information in this manner is indeed illegal. He himself said that free speech limits should be decided by law rather platform bosses.

Morally speaking I think that as a general rule you shouldn't do this. There's lots of crazy folks out there where all they need is a little inspiration.

Of course with a decentralized system there's no way to stop an anon from picking up the baton.
