I hope you continue to be motivation for other women in the battalion. Military service, in defense of his nation, is the honor of such importance that an individual can dedicate himself. No matter what they think, no matter what they say; and even when our superiors lose the essence of the reason why the uniform means, it is still a pleasure to serve and protect those who cannot do so by themselves.

My career was definitely built different. I did all the βsexyβ Army stuff early β¦ then went National Guard. πββοΈ salute π«‘
Simply, I was one of two in my unit with a combat patch. Chose not to wear it as it was a choice. The beauty of working with SOC as a baby soldier is I knew rank never defined leadership skills. The best lesson. πͺ
I can remember speaking with a platoon & then saying βima go potty now & we will get started.β Left the conference room & heard everyone laugh. I laughed at myself in the latrine πΉπΉπΉ
Tons of stories. One was I was looking for my husband one day. Kept asking one SGT. Then some other POG said to him: I hope her husband doesnβt know about that guy in X BN. BROSEESTER: dear reader: THAT GUY WAS MY HUSBAND you sexist ignorant FLUX πΉπΉπΉ
Wow! Bold on your part. It must be interesting to be in the national guard! Particularly, Iβm very suspicious to speak - because I like the ostentatious environment, of being in the trench. You learn a lot, in pain; in vibration; in the brotherhood that is conquered; in the barracks; and in the correct way to have humility. In the peace mission in Haiti, many American heroes can support us and show us what they are capable of! This shows that regardless of the flags, we are a strong team in the Americas - together!

It was wild going to the airport meant to fly home on Sept 11. All flights cancelled. π‘ then finding out why. Definitely defined much more about my life forward. π
Humility was always a thing being a woman. Iβve forgiven the less than 1% who sought to destroy me because of their misogyny. All good. π Defined below π
Yes. I am retired military.

Buried, to have a successful career. #Truth always comes out & we must face it.
September 11 was a crazy day around the world. For many here π§π·, it was as if it had been in our territory! Frustration took over our commanders and officers, because little could we take office and go to the fight.
So wild. π I wonβt speak about what I saw INTERNALLY but seeing the German locals layed flowers outside my post is an awesome memory. So much love β€οΈ
I like American patriotism. You are different! He has a passion for the colors that surround him. There is love for what those who came before us did.
