stacks can read naddr events so yes with #purplestack when using stacks and dork.

as for shakespeare, franzap would have to publish and NSP.

but i'll say don't do that right now, wait for ACTII.

So any stack provided on getstacks.dev, including #MKStack, #PurpleStack or even the Game Boy GBDK stack can read these custom NIPs?
