I got that right away. My kid is 3 but I just talk to him like he understands everything. He retains more and more every day.

Good call. I’ve been talking to him like an adult since he was born basically and it’s led to him having a good vocabulary and wanting to engage in conversation all the time… lol like all the time. Which is good! 😍
