Yah, saw that too... But I'm skeptical when it comes to L1 changes...
Either one is in favor or changes like this, or in favor of specialized altcoins like Monero, to coexist with and be used together with Bitcoin.
I'd rather have anonymity by default on Bitcoin's base layer, but will use altcoins if necessary.
How will you know it is ?
