Look at finding a bike shop that has someone who specializes in fitting. You are going to need some after market handlebars that wrap backwards in order to get you the controls comfortably and safely. I would look for a “step thru” frame design possibly from Aventon. But you’re gonna need a solid fitter friend at the bike shop to get you past the finish line on this project.
