Your phone should be nowhere near you when you eat.

Instead, be intentional with your meal time to reflect, express gratitude, and slow down.

Your nervous system will thank you and you will go back to your day more clear.

That’s how we ate every

meal when I did my Yoga teacher training in India 🙏

Did a night of no phones from 5 pm to noon the next day. Pretty alarming to notice the bad habit of just wanting to pick up my phone for a mindless stimulation for no reason

It’s crazy how addicting some of these apps on our phone can really be.
