This is normal actually, when the client tries to make connections to offline relays or get the open graph data for links it makes a lot of failed requests
Is this causing performance issues though?
I can't connect to most of my relays when posting a note, either, it says so with a timeout. o.o I just captured the first couple errors that weren't warnings.

Every single web client will have these errors from time to time (if not always), unless they route every connection through a proxy.
