Burgers at home are always so good. Even if they're boring 🤷♀️🍔. Occasionally I'll do crazy toppings or mix different things in to the burger meat, today they were boring with just some shredded cheese thrown in but it hit the spot!

I'm usually a cheese burger w/ lettuce, tomato, and onion guy. But, we've been doing smash burgers. So good you don't need toppings.
You need a smasher and a cast iron, flat-top griddle to put on your grill, but it's so worth it.

I forgot tomato and I'm the only one who loves onion, so I didn't bother. We just had lettuce and pickles, they hit the spot.
