I’ve got to try to make some more biltong. My stash is running low. Course I don’t know what “real” biltong tastes like, I just know I prefer what I’ve made from online recipes over the sugar heavy American style jerky.
And I even dated a South African girl in high school, really should have learned it then…
I too prefer it to jerky, I've made my own but it's not as good as this which is closer to proper SA stuff 👍
I did that a few years ago. So interesting
