Makes me want to buy a freeze dryer even more then I already want too… I really need to make the space for it first…

The fruit popsicle is hilarious. I'm really curious how it will turn out. I'm also curious if you can soak it to rehydrate it and refreeze it.

I think it will keep it's shape during the drying. Then melt when water is added back in. we'll find out

Do you have two sets of trays to reduce turnaround between batches? Or is that not necessary?

I do. I've been pretty slow on the turn arounds lately. The two sets of trays is definitely helpful though.

I'd love to see the process after freeze drying is complete. Mylar bags or something else?
