beauty is something evolved in mens preferences, so what evolutionary reason would a man choose a 14yr old over a 24yr old? so if a 14yr old can produce a child and raise it then the chance her children can do the same is higher, this accelrates evolution increasing spread of those genes, if a 14yr old dies the male moves on, maybe a 14yr old is easy to rape or impress

women can die from child birth at all ages, i dont see delaying birth as much benefit unless it is a high chance of death which i guess for many under 16 to 18 is a problem but none are made equal and i would guess there is 12yr olds than can have natural births
