Anyone have a recommendation for a non custodial lightning wallet for use as my primary here? I started with WoS and am now getting my feet under me and ready for the next step.

I’m exploring the ecosystem and curious what a good balance of simplicity/usability/security and interoperability might be.

Breez is non-custodial and would allow you to send sats, but it wouldn’t give you a lightning address to receive them. (You’d have to generate an invoice or receive on-chain.) They’re testing a service called “Breez Cloud” which apparently will allow users to run their own nodes on a cloud service.

I used to have Breez Mobile and a Bitcoli account, which gave me a non-custodial wallet for sending and a custodial wallet for receiving. Having to periodically transfer sats from Bitcoli to Breez was a hassle, though.

Okay, Zeus Olympus is coming too.

Thanks #[2] seems like maybe I should take a chill pill and wait for like 10min for technology to catch up. 🤣 things are moving fast.

Blixt, Phoenix and the prior 2 mentioned are the best non custodial lightning wallets. If you're looking for wallet addresss to use for zapping most of these don't offer it so prolly best to keep custodial for zaps and send to your non custodial one.
