I’ve never been smashed on the hill 😂

Did a scoreboard tour with SAPSASA as a kid. Finals were at the Oval but we were shit, largely thanks to me opening and making 9 in 3 innings..

The hill was just where we watched the games for me. Incredible atmosphere, cheap, get your spot and watch a good game on a competitive (for the most part) wicket.

Cricket at the Adelaide Oval is special for many people. Need to keep what makes it so

There’s a flashback for me SAPSASA. Had forgotten about that

My old man was a member. My fondest memories of him are the days we spent together at the cricket, drinking beers out the back, watching the greats hit up on the practice wickets pre game. It is a truly a unique experience in Adelaide.
