It's amazing, how low our family's running costs now are. Bizarre. 😂

I can't really get used to it, after being broke, or nearly-broke, for a couple of decades.

Nope. The children are here.

We just have no debt and hardly any recurring payments. Most of the money goes to food, travel, and savings.

That's how it is for me and my family too 🫂, but I'm curious to see how our expenses will change with a child.

Germany is a cheap place to have kids.

You hear about all of the money people make over there, but then everything costs so much, that they are left poorer.

US remote job and living in germany would be great 😅

Wait a minute ... industry same price after 6 years but private households + 27% increase?

Most of the price is taxes and government fees, and industry often doesn't have to pay those.
