I thought she said that Bitcoin would be a trojan horse for a digital dollar global financial system? Hard for that to be true if the government sells all their coins.

The main point is who is buying.

She also said that few people (currency speculators) will end up owning majority of bitcoin before they totally collapse the system and establish Orwellian surveillance.
