What's the best wallet? I've seen some people talking about Electrum and it's integration with Whonix, but i'm not sure

There aren't any. The best is the one that you could use without problem. If you are starting, make tests on wallets, guard our seeds, send and receive and recovery your wallet from the seeds. Just study and learn. Start small, start on a mobile wallet like BlueWallet. When understand all about transactions, migrate to a hardware wallet like Coldcard, Jade, Seedsigner. I personally use the Sparrow with multisig wallet.
