GM, new here. What is your opinion, is Blackrock trying to destroy Bitcoin? Maybe Giant's next idea would be try to fight POW. Even though I know it won't be possible, I still have a strange feeling with the ETF request.

I'm leaning towards an attack on bitcoin.
Get ETF, get tons of institutional capital, propose pos due to "environmental concerns", hard fork and force institutions on pos fork.
There is wording in the proposal that "custodial will decide which fork to follow, independent of factors like longest chain, most value, value to customers, etc. Full discretion to custodial to decide".
