im not sure what im looking at, what do i need here to pull the switches out?

and they do re-seat if you just pop them back in, right?

Keycap remover and the little tweezers tool is a switch remover. Pull the key caps off and remove the switch and then replace the switch

one looks like a dental torture tool or an egg whisk. not sure what that one does.

if i just want to pull out the whole thing at once, and put a new one?

like, I've got the letter Q repeating itself, randomly for no reason at all..
