but you got the gyro wrong

a gyro pointing to the center of the earth

(except on the north pole)

will keep the same vector in space

this means after 90 degree rotation of the earth

the gyros vector would not point to the center anymore

the vector would be parallel to the earth

on a graphic you would see it better

whats with airplanes flying level?

if they fly 90 degrees around the earth

the gyro would show that

but its not

It seems you're confusing free gyroscopes with aircraft artificial horizons. Aircraft gyroscopes have built-in correction mechanisms specifically designed to adjust to local vertical as the plane moves around a curved Earth.

They're engineered that way because Earth is round.

I encourage you to research the differences between the two.

You mentioned people don't engage with this topic, so I took the time to answer your specific question about gyroscopes.

I could go into more detail, but to be honest, I'm not willing to spend more time on this because I think the flat earth theory contradicts well-established physics and observable evidence.

That's not a judgment on you personally. I respect that you're asking questions. I just don't see a productive debate here when the science is this clear.

And keeps this vector while spinning!

My head is definitely spinning, it's on a globe rotating and in orbit around the sun.

Lets say you climbed the ice wall, will you reach the edge or do you believe in the flat earth extension, the extended worlds.

I have a few questions since your a flat earth believer:

1. Explain gravity on this flat earth?

2. Are we in a petri dish?

3. What happens if you keep going?

4. Why can't I see the empire state building from where I am, if we're flat, I have a telescope.

you can compare all the nasa pics of the earth

they dont fit

believing in a story and a pic is not science

nobody of us can reproduce this pic

but science is about repeatable experiments

if you have a hard time because of all the different governments

just remember the antarctic treaty from 1958

all the countries agree about hiding antarctica

4. you got an atmosphere so in the distance it gets thick like a wall.

but there are a lot of impossible pictures with high zoom cameras,

so if you calculate the curve of the earth you shouldnt be able to see it on a ball earth

3. nobody knows exactly whats behind the ice wall

maybe there is a path to somewhere else but how i should know that

there is an antarctic treaty in place since 1958

i think in the fifties the governments found out that we are in an enclosed system and decided to hide it

think about a balloon filled with air inside a water tank

the balloon would go up

its the same way around for denser objects in the air
