i think it will inevitably redifine the industry, however i don't think it will destroy it.
even after the effort for a quality film diminishes to a single person with no budget and minimal time, society tends to centralize attention around shared ideas.
think how tiktok created micro celebrities and 5 minute fame but some videos still make it onto the global consciousness, however briefly.
