I absolutely despise foreign call centers. The language barrier makes things stressful. I want to speak to Debbie from Dallas when something has gone wrong. Companies should not go the cheap route in this area of the budget.

Funny enough, Debbie from Dallas also doesn’t like dealing with the remote tech team.
