- Post message textfield has no length indicator, I don't know when a msg is too long

- Rendering of threads/replies is a bit confusing, or at least unusual. I'd copy twitter's non-nested style and make a clearer distinction between replies and threads.

- When I hit reply, I want the reply textfield to appear below the button, not at the bottom of the thread/screen (where I don't even see it).

Yes, would be amazing if the thread worked like Twitter.
