Not all clients support keyword search. Damus only allows hashtag search.
So except when Iβm goofing around (like I do sometimes) I usually try to use hashtags that people might use as search terms to find the note Iβm posting.

I only found yarn people because of following hashtags in Amethyst. I try to include as many yarn or craft related tags as possible in case there is someone out there looking to connect with another crafty person. That said I will throw in a dogstr or thighstr now and again π€·ββοΈ. I also post very irregularly.
