Manual as you'll need to enter your npub into the relay name. Note you'll also need to keep the original wss://nostr.wine relay active on your list for the filtered relay to work

Oh yeah. I did that. The documentation indicated that it would identify suggested relays to add or cull, or at least that's what I think I read?
