I am really struggling, i figured out its a form of wrath, not obvious and violent, more subtle, it creeps in and you wont really notice until it is too late and it grapples your chest.

If its situational....look for a way to change the situation, make plans or evaluate a way to change the situation.

If its a deeper emotional response from a trauma trigger...seek help to release and integrate it
