Grateful to be back on the mat for a vinyasa yoga practice this afternoon here in Costa Rica.
Reflecting on 3 years since my yoga teacher training in Bali, it inspired me to reshare my bitcoin and yoga essays here on Nostr, an open source and decentralized protocol for information sharing and individual ownership of data.
As I reread my essays on how bitcoin and yoga are pathways to individual sovereignty, it reminds me the timelessness of these lessons.
I’ll be sharing them here over the next couple of months so you can more easily find it, rather than only hosting it only my ghost blog. I also plan to write an eighth essay comparing #nostr and #yoga.
