The US is in a cold war with the whole world,my dude.
There isn't a way to know what all powers control the US government besides the corporations. But clearly there is a push by governments around the world to lock down their citizens and strip away their rights.
The US populace depends so heavily on inexpensive goods (even tools) made in China. Cutting out China would create short term hardship for most normal people.
Yeah I think it is orchestrated showmanship. They (via the media) are drumming up the threat about China installing spyware in electronics (phones, cars, tiktok) sold to the US.
This is painting China as the bad guys to distract from the real threat posed by those controlling the US government who are changing (breaking) the laws that protect privacy and protection from unreasonable search and seizure.
two things:
1 - globalists want to decimate international trade because it both drives world economy ( which they want to cool ) and is a source of carbon emissions itself
2 - US doesn't want to let China dominate emerging industries like Electric Vehicles and Solar Panels
I have seen them imported to Hawaii
Also scooters with rain awnings
