Tbh I can't speak well on the company but looking at incentives alone it does a solid job of realignment
Agreed - people attempting to optimize their health should pay less for health insurance, not prop up the premiums for people that choose to abuse their health and eat garbage. Also having a company encouraging to bring the prices down and actually pay a market rate with the hospital is huge as the current model with every insurance company paying a different amount is insane and they're only incentivized to raise the price...
