I like to challenge the bartender to make their best mocktail. Sometimes I just go for cranberry and soda with a lime. Cranberry, orange, and pineapple juice is also tasty.

As a non-drinker, this is the way. Most bars dont charge for soda water, butbthe bartender still went through the same motions of service, and deserves the appreciation.

The tip(s) also helps my soda water stay filled, and free.
