I'm more worried about the opposite. Saylor deliberately dumps some BTC, causes weak hands to bleed and then accumulates back even more BTC at discount.

Not if you're a bitcoin maxi. Then you just hodl and don't care. But people like you will lose market share on the long run compared to Saylor.
