What happens if I "mute" an npub on Primal? Is that just a change to my local feed or does that broadcast a change that'll reflect what I see on any client?

This is currently a blind spot for me when using Nostr: it's not clear what is a local change vs a widely broadcast change. I wonder if there is a way to communicate the distinction more clearly to a user
