Don't let the handsome snowman fool you, it's January so I'm about to start my first sowings. Whaaaaaat? In January? After all, it's still six months until summer....

Apparently so, but some vegetables and flowers need to be sown much earlier because they have a very long germination time.

What will I be sowing?

🌶️ Hot and sweet peppers

🍆 Aubergines

If you plan to sow Annual Plants remember that most of its seeds need a statification! It means you should put seeds in a paper bag to a frige for around 2 weeks!

If you sow using the Winter Sowing method then you can sow:

🍃 Eucalyptus spp.

🍃Eustoma grandiflorum

🍃Rudbeckia hirta
