Whereas a great many of them operate on Telegram nowadays. Either running public groups where they document all their exploits, or in open chat channels selling access etc.

If you’re wondering why Telegram doesn’t clap down on it, they have 1 billion active users today, and 50 staff members. Equates to one staff member for 20 million people.
