Of course. And the people. I have worked with many all around the world and also worked onsite in Venezuela and had a couple of interesting experiences of working somewhere where one’s presence is definitely not desired and made EXTREMELY clear. Doesn’t change the fact that much of the unconventional oil production is a very light crude and that, unless many big upgrades have been made, it requires blending with heavier crudes for processing.

The potential geopolitical implications of a desire for increasing production are rather interesting.
