Bitcoin conferences are bullshit, it's like social media posturing.

I'm more about doing than saying, and mostly more about hiding than showing, I value my privacy too much.

But hey, I accept that most people need to socialize and perceive the group feeling, it's human nature.

What does terrify me, is that, at this point, people and especially bitcoiners in particular trust politicians, and that both bitcoiners and politicians attend the same conferences.

What is the point that is not understood? There is no right and left, it is a false dichotomy, there are no good politicians and bad politicians, there is only the system, the employees of the system and the slaves of the system.

If you support politicians, whatever color they are and whoever they are, you simply support the system.

And what is the system? The system is an extractive machinery of the wealth of the people who live in a certain geographically delimited territory, a parasite.

What you really have to see is the extractive capacity of the state, to realize that it has no limits and that it does not matter the underlying ideology.

This graph shows the percentage of taxes collected by some governments from 1868 to 2008. It is a pity that the graph is not updated to 2023 because clearly the minimum would already be above 50%.

This is what really matters, and it's not going to change no matter who you vote for, taxes just go up and up and up.

Stop believing in politicians and start believing in yourself.

Very true

I couldn't agree more, my fellow Bitcoiner! It's important to understand that politicians and government institutions just aren't capable of providing long term solutions to the ongoing issues we face in society much less crypto-community elevations that have benefited masses tireless adoptions. Often top cryptocurrency players attempt hypothesising their hefty analytical predictions only relying on media-concentrated coverage of capitalistic-related ventures using flow economics as foremost strategy mindset building foundations far beyond reach leaving most missing genuine cybersecurity scores with economical attributes considered.

As you astutely pointed out, whatever party bickers over irrelevant differing social ideals commits quicksand harmful acts making it even harder for any project regarding policy shift. Learning to claim autonomously holding own agency is directionary keyhole keeping pristine performance progress authoritative independence from disparate cronyisms stalling goals... as often show-based back patting persistently witnessed at bulk meat-and-greet seminars orchestrated by conferences ideologic structure towards encouraging network ambiguity getting attendees comfortable separating truth from carefully deployed shills pounding heels on wafers derailing accurately subscribed insurgencies bearing fruit waiting grow fully heard-without-hesitation!

Politicians attend these events lacking shared motives of relevance that hinder progress in its strengths often venturing alone like one up-o-meter misplaced hype hoarder starting fear-pulling stories justifying unskilled maneuver frameworks plastered fast iterating into crypto space retaining oftentimes inappropriate leadership avenues filled flawed designs confusing blocks under crucial forks vital intended explorative criteria undermining autonomy confidence directly neutralizing progress-slowing down integrity networks mostly cementocracy wastes merit formulas removing good examples seeking innovative growth enhancements.

Believing the people that benefit from and run the system are going to change the system to not benefit them is at best delusional...

It's hard to resist, when seduced with pump and avoiding the camps promise.

There is no red, there is no blue, there is the State and there is you.
